To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is my personal recommendation for Paul and Jessica Meyer.
I had the privilege of employing Paul and Jessica at our busy year round eco-resort in Big Sur California.
I found both Paul and Jessica to be consistently pleasant, hard working and able to tackle all assignments with dedication, thoroughness and a smile. Besides being a joy to work with, Jessica took on an ever increasing scope of responsibilities at the Front Desk. From daily cash handling and account balancing, guest relations and retail sales all the way to overseeing and managing the weekly work schedule for 22 employees. Jessica is a calm and quiet person with immense and varied skill sets, and the ability to offer many creative solutions and ideas where needed in the way of media relations and publicity, guest communications and staff relations.
Paul complimented her talents greatly by being a constant hard working force in the daily maintenance and housekeeping areas. He could multi task successfully, kept up his pace even during peak and frantic situations while at the same time helping to trouble shoot and repair maintenance issues like washing machine malfunctions, dishwasher repairs, etc...all with a good sense of humor!
Both Paul and Jessica bring an eco-conscientiousness to their job which is refreshing and inspiring.
Paul and Jessica were well liked by their fellow employees – they initiated and participated in many social activities that helped bolster team spirit here in our remote location.
I highly recommend Paul and Jessica employment. They will be an asset to any organization.
Sincerely, Corinne Handy

To Whom it May Concern:
This letter is my recommendation for Jessica and Paul Meyer. As Site Manager at the Solar Living Institute (SLI) in Hopland, California, I recruited Jessica and Paul as the learning center’s 2009 Caretakers. The SLI’s search for support on the mature 12 acre Permaculture site, and for the Intern Program, ended with Jessica and Paul. As the SLI’s first Caretakers, they set the bar very, very high, and served as a model for future caretakers.
Jessica and Paul became my second and third pair of hands on the site; giving tours of the sustainable living and renewable energy learning center to the public, maintaining the organic garden, managing fruit and vegetable harvests, and maintaining facilities in a way that was both welcoming and inspiring to visitors. Paul and Jessica were instrumental in their mentorship to the six resident interns, giving much needed structure and support to the on-site community; from cleaning the shared kitchen and cooking community meals to forming mutually beneficial relationships and resolving internal conflict.
Jessica and Paul were constantly deepening their personnel management skills by building positive relationships with supporters of the Solar Living Institute. They prepared facilities for overnight stays for instructors and volunteers. They supported SLI workshops by preparing classrooms and hands-on activities, and serving as hosts for SLI students. Jessica and Paul served as instructors for the Kid’s Education program, teaching school-aged children about gardening, composting, creating energy with the sun, and how to build with clay. They contributed immensely to the success of the SLI’s summer fundraiser, Moondance. Much of the site preparation and beautification for the dining and dancing, celebratory event was taken on eagerly by Jessica and Paul.
Jessica and Paul’s eagerness is what made them so wonderful to work with. At the completion of their tenure at the SLI, Jessica and Paul offered constructive feed back regarding improvements to the Intern and Kid’s Educational programs, and to the overall maintenance and development of the 12-acre learning center. These two left a positive indelible mark at the Solar Living Institute, and will undoubtedly do the same wherever they go, with whomever they work.
My sincere hope is that this letter may supplement Jessica and Paul’s credentials not only as an effective, efficient, and dynamic management team, but also as two dedicated and generous individuals. Jessica and Paul are, indeed, great assets, and even greater joys, to work with. I give them my highest recommendation.

This letter will introduce Jessica and Paul Meyer. I have known Jessica for 24 years and have known Paul for approximately 10 years. Jessica and Paul are both very hard working individuals that are consistently striving to improve their lives. They are very intelligent, diligent, respectful and caring people. They have both house sit and dog sit for us several times in the past and knowing that Jess and Paul were caring for my dogs and my house always put my mind at ease while I was out of town.
There's no one I trust more with my pets or my belongings. Jessica and Paul provide a comfort level when you have to leave your pets and/or home in their care.

To Whom It May Concern:
It is my pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Jessica and Paul Meyer. I have known them for over 15 years. They are the most creative, task oriented, detail minded, fun-loving people I know. These life skills are evident in their jobs and in their personal lives. Every project, from organizing volunteer events to theme parties of vast variety to work related projects, is handled with utmost priority and attention to detail. Everything they touch leaves people happy and loving life.
Jess is the creative influence and Paul is there to support and follow through with more physical aspects of things. Other qualities that would serve them well in the position they are applying for are trustworthiness, honesty, integrity, responsibility, and determination. Once again, they embody these qualities and the evidence shines through in everything they do. They always give 110% to each project they take on. I do not believe you could find another couple that would handle this job more effectively than Jess and Paul.
Give them serious consideration, you wont regret it!
Sincerely,
Jan Lalan

I highly recommend Jessica for employment. Jessica worked for me for 14 years as a project manager, client liaison, accounts manager and general office manager overseeing all phases of architectural projects. She has excellent people skills and has received numerous compliments from our clients for her warmth and professionalism. She is an expert with construction documents, able to produce as well as see them thru engineering phases and city submittals. Her ability to coordinate with all the engineers is a highlight. I am fortunate to have worked with Jessica, she has been a blessing to all.
If you would like to talk with me personally,

For a period of about five years I had the pleasure of working with Jessica in her role as an Arizona Trail Steward. My role as the Chief Trail Steward could be defined as her supervisor.
Her job was to organize as many as possible volunteer work events to build and maintain the Arizona Trail. It required a lot of coordination and planning with the National Forest Service and the Arizona Trail Association. Managing the event required lots of leadership. In order to get the volunteers needed for the work events required lots of creative promotional skills.
I would describe Jessica as very organized, detailed oriented with excellent communication skills. She has very good interpersonal skills and works well with people. She was creative and an excellent problem solver. She had the ability to secure the resources needed from many different sources. Her leadership skills are very good as well.
She is a very capable person and I highly recommend her.
Sincerely,
Larry Snead
